The secret to eating healthy is eating A LOT!!!! Sure we are use to eating chips, popcorn and candy throughout our day however substituting these snacks for a bag of carrots, apples and any kind of fruit allows the body to take the natural sugar they contain. We fill that need of a "sugar rush" with "good" sugar our body can burn off a lot quicker which in turn can help burn fat as well.
I'm not gonna lie, eating a snack every 4 to 5 hours makes you sound like a pig but when you start to see and feel your body changing it just makes you want to perfect these types of eating habits. And who knows maybe your might want to take a jog or take the stairs as a healthier choice physically.
