Before I started down this journey, I ate all the time (unhealthy foods)...okay for instance I would get fast food for breakfast since I was always running late to work. Then I only had a 30 minute lunch so I would drive to the nearest Whataburger to get a patty melt 😃 and for my dinner...well whatever I could find at home late at night. Not a very well balanced diet....right? THIS was my "AH HA" moment. I wanted to be more energized as opposed to coming home and just being LAZY and eating all the time.
So now I feel myself eating meals I prepare for lunch... waking up with enough time to have a balanced breakfast and choosing the right snacks throughout my day. SHOOT I even look forward for a run and that says a lot!
This is me now! Hahaha Just Kidding!! This was me when I was about 12....Shoot I wish I looked like that.....
This was me during the 3 weeks after I started eating healthy. I was down 15 lbs and I felt great! So keep up what you are doing! Keep your healthy habits and be your own motivation!
