First Day of a Healthy Breakfast

The first week of meal preps are the hardest. You have cravings of pizza, candy, fast food and cokes so you have to find meals that will replace those sugars and carbs. Unfortunately easier said that done. Who wakes up in the morning and says "woo I think I'll have kale for breakfast."? Like really? But in all honesty, sneaking in kale or some type of greens in your breakfast can boost that "pick me up" that you need to start the morning. For one thing, you will feel full but less bloated, if that makes any sense.
On my day of eating clean, my breakfast consisted of two eggs with a slice of bacon, avocado and a bit of lettuces. Kind of a weird mixture of breakfast and a side salad but it filled me up and gave me plenty of energy throughout my morning.
Don't be afraid to throw in some greens with your breakfast and I promise, little by little your body will thank you for it!
